Why AVAIL

Connected Content, Faster Workflows

With the new “Related Content” capability, AVAIL 5.0 allows you to link files and data into meaningful relationships so users discover what matters next without hunting. Teams can visually navigate through related assets, boosting insight and reducing decision friction. This means fewer lost resources, less duplication, and more time spent designing rather than searching.

Smarter Access & Team Control

AVAIL 5.0 introduces automatic thumbnail generation across 30+ common file types, user-group management, and AI-powered help chat for instant support. Publishers take control of content access with granular groups while end-users enjoy fast previews and responsive guidance. The result: your library becomes faster to navigate, easier to maintain, and more reliable for everyone.

A Fresh Experience, Rebuilt for Speed

The AVAIL interface has been refined from the ground up for greater speed, clarity, and responsiveness. Navigation feels more intuitive, visuals are sharper, and performance is noticeably faster. It’s a smoother, more modern experience—built to help AEC teams find, manage, and use their content effortlessly.
